Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Future of Work Strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision, focusing on AI adoption and hybrid work models.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and automation tools into daily business operations to drive efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
- Collaborate with HR and Leadership to design training programs that upskill employees for an AI-augmented workforce.
- Conduct regular audits of digital workflows and recommend innovative solutions to optimize human capital allocation.
- Stay ahead of global trends in workforce technology, policy changes, and AI ethics to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
- Mentor cross-functional teams on best practices for leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making.
- Measure the success of AI initiatives through KPI tracking and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or HR technology.
- Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence and machine learning concepts, specifically as applied to business processes.
