Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI/ML adoption and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing sustainable technology ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech trends (neurotech, climate AI, etc.)
- Architect ethical frameworks for exponential innovation adoption
- Present disruption scenarios to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype development for 2026-era solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation at scale
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and convergence theory
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills for complex concepts
