- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential growth opportunities
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, bio-AI, etc.)
- Stakeholder management with Fortune 500 partners and venture capital networks
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate-resilient futures
- Present strategic visions at global innovation summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
