Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI governance frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 5+ years in enterprise architecture with quantum/AI integration
- Expertise in blockchain, neural networks, and distributed systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in Q#, TensorFlow, and Rust programming languages
