Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with quantum/AI specialization
- Expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services and hybrid-cloud models

- Certification in quantum security (Qiskit/AWS Quantum)
- Proven track record of scaling systems to petabyte+ data volumes
- Mastery of Python/C++/Rust for low-latency implementations
