Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging trends.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for next-gen technologies, including Generative AI, edge computing, and sustainable energy-efficient data centers.
- System Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to microservices architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Implement advanced cybersecurity protocols that meet future regulatory standards and protect proprietary data assets.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Serverless architectures.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and familiarity with quantum computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategy to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
