Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Cloud Evolution.
- Identify high-impact trends and assess their viability for immediate and long-term integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to secure funding for experimental projects.
- Establish frameworks for evaluating new technologies and mitigating adoption risks.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing of next-generation software solutions.
- Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D Leadership.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and large technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a technical vision to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or agile environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
