Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and articulate a comprehensive 10-year technology roadmap focused on 2026 milestones and long-term innovation goals.
- Tech Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to determine viability for enterprise integration.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive technical vision and execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and investors.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future tech implementations adhere to data privacy laws and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and next-gen hardware interfaces.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into viable product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
