- Conduct research on post-quantum cryptography and its implications for global cybersecurity infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for the quantum software development lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with a strong focus on Quantum Computing.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and quantum information theory.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket, or Azure Quantum).
- Proven track record of publishing research in reputable quantum computing journals or conferences.
