Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance software architectures for the 2026 Horizon roadmap.
- Lead Innovation: Identify emerging technologies, such as advanced AI and cloud-native solutions, and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, along with proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex, distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
