- Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core enterprise systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) and prototype viable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to translate high-level vision into actionable engineering specifications.
- Establish security protocols and data governance frameworks for future-proof architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic planning, or systems engineering.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps for 5+ year horizons.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust with a focus on high-performance systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
