Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Architect the core technology stack for Project 2026, aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, quantum computing primitives, and edge computing.
- System Design & Scalability: Design robust, scalable, and secure systems capable of handling high-performance workloads in a future-proof environment.
- Prototype & Validate: Build and iterate on proof-of-concept prototypes to validate theoretical models before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate complex technologies into production workflows.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously assess emerging risks and opportunities to ensure our architecture remains resilient and adaptable.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role within high-tech or AI sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of current technology.
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
