- Lead cross-disciplinary teams (robotics, biotech, AR/VR) for prototype development
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through stakeholder alignment
- Partner with MIT and Stanford labs for emerging tech validation
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board committees
- Mentor 15+ engineers in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in quantum/AI leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Materials Engineering
- Proven scaling of R&D budgets from $2M to $10M+
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech (2019-2023)
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized disruptive products
- Expertise in ISO 20400 sustainable tech frameworks
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal projects
