Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ tech innovation roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to prototype and scale solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic adoption
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future-focused projects
- Drive thought leadership through industry talks and whitepapers
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/SaaS experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (NIST AI RMF, TCFD) and ethical AI principles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
