Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products (AI/quantum/AR)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong patent portfolio or significant open-source contributions
- Experience scaling teams across multiple innovation cycles
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language
