Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the company's long-term strategic roadmap with a specific focus on the 2026 execution horizon.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of emerging technologies, including AI, IoT, and next-gen cloud architectures.
- Identify market trends and competitive landscape shifts to pivot product strategies effectively.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward 2026 milestones and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact future projects.
- Oversee the integration of prototype technologies into the main production pipeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year product roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M and leading teams of 20+ engineers and designers.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
