Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Product Roadmap, prioritizing high-impact features in AI and automation.
- Lead cross-functional teamsâincluding engineers, designers, and data scientistsâto deliver scalable software solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats in the tech landscape.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract futuristic concepts into tangible product specifications.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and delivery cycles.
- Own the product metrics, including user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to experiment with cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Enterprise Software.
- Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to market launch.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, A/B testing, and user research methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
