Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technological roadmaps aligned with market evolution and industry disruption
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies including quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into corporate strategy and product development
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab focused on 2026+ technological horizons
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation strategy preferred
