Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Research and integrate emerging qubit technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)

- Collaborate with academic institutions to advance quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
