Responsibilities

- Translate emerging scientific concepts into scalable commercial applications
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15+ research scientists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ breakthrough products)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech ecosystems
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Demonstrated success in securing $50M+ in government innovation grants
- Published in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) with 15+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
