- Collaborate with C-suite to define long-term digital transformation strategies
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech-driven products to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, and business units
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum or technology strategy preferred
