Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum-resistant security
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate ESG principles into tech innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impact of autonomous systems
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Foresight, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks governing AI and genetic engineering
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
