Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging tech adoption across 2026 product roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT
- Present technology vision to C-suite and investor stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research partners on next-gen prototypes
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term tech ROI and ecosystem maturity
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions at enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Reviews
- Experience with scenario modeling for black swan tech disruptions
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech commercialization cycles
