Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps with phased implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem development
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark against industry disruptors
- Present executive-level briefings on technology ROI and market positioning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
