Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption ROI
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, conferences)
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
