Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology strategy aligning with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Lead quantum/AI innovation sprints with Stanford and ETH Zurich research consortia
- Develop patent portfolios for climate-positive tech solutions
- Manage $20M+ R&D budget across 12 emerging tech verticals
- Present at Davos and CES summits as company technology ambassador
- Mentor PhD fellows through our 'Future Founders' program
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 500+ members
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Previous experience with DARPA/IARPA programs
- Portfolio of deployed solutions reducing carbon footprint by >40%
