Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Develop implementation frameworks for next-gen solutions in sustainability, healthcare, and digital infrastructure
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline with KPI-driven project governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presentation skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, CDIO) preferred
