- Present tech strategy to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget across R&D initiatives and pilot programs
- Mentor 5+ technical leads and foster cross-departmental innovation culture
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech ecosystems
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$10M and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Fluency in strategic forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
