Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and ambient AI
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams to prototype breakthrough human-computer interfaces
- Anticipate societal shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
- Develop patent-pending solutions for ethical AI deployment and quantum-resistant security
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Translate technical concepts into investor-ready narratives and product blueprints
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative tech and neuroadaptive systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or quantum error correction
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (NIST AI, EU AI Act)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry contributions
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic SDKs (Loihi, SpiNNaker)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for deep tech ventures
