Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) that align with our business objectives.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to forecast future market needs.
- Innovation Labs Management: Oversee our internal innovation incubator, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping for 2026-ready solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech giants to accelerate our roadmap.
- Resource Allocation: Work with product and engineering leads to allocate resources effectively towards high-impact strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with a focus on future trends and innovation.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate high-level concepts into concrete execution plans.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced startup environment.
