- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct rigorous research and pilot testing of cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to determine feasibility and ROI.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forge relationships with industry leaders, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers in executing the strategic vision.
- Change Management: Guide the organization through digital transformation, ensuring adoption of new paradigms by 2026.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the budget and resources required for innovation labs and R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting, with a focus on long-term forecasting.
- Deep Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale teams and driving complex strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
