Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and define the technical strategy for integrating AGI models into our core infrastructure.
- Future-Proofing: Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering) to advise leadership on long-term investments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and high-performance engineering.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Prototyping: Lead the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes for cutting-edge AI applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
