Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement the core infrastructure for large-scale machine learning models targeting the 2026 AI standard.
- Optimize Model Performance: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve the efficiency of neural networks in real-time environments.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create long-term technical strategies for AI integration.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and data scientists on advanced AI methodologies.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are bias-free, transparent, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead AI architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
