Your Mission:
Lead the technical strategy for our upcoming 2026 release cycles, ensuring our AI solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-scale AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Technical Strategy: Define best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and ensure deployment pipelines are automated and efficient.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of 8-10 senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the development of proof-of-concept models for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize algorithms to reduce latency and improve accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of innovating in AI/ML, with a portfolio of published research or deployed production models.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performance teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
