- Drive R&D Innovation: Oversee experimental projects and manage a budget for high-risk, high-reward research initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate technical roadmaps into business growth strategies.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI development, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Recruit top-tier engineering talent and mentor a team of forward-thinking data scientists and strategists.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
