Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing millions of requests with low latency.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the lifecycle of generative AI models, from research prototyping to final deployment and optimization.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement guidelines and safeguards to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and safe for public consumption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and resource utilization, implementing best practices for cost reduction and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on architectural scalability and fault tolerance.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
