Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateTech as an industry pioneer
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or partnerships
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills
