Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, blockchain, biotech interfaces)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-tech ROI and innovation impact
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology methodologies
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies in partnership with MIT and Stanford
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech initiatives (> $10M projects)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, HBR, or similar)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and venture capital partnerships
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
