Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Conduct cutting-edge research in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with data-driven insights
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 5-10 year technology horizons
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to ensure proactive compliance and opportunity identification
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology innovation, corporate strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT, AR/VR) and their market applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (startups, academia, VCs)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with executive stakeholders
