You'll collaborate with global R&D teams, translate complex tech concepts into business opportunities, and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impact on future innovations
- Build and maintain a network of technology innovators, academics, and venture capitalists
- Produce annual 'Future Tech Horizon' reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful tech innovation strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Published thought leadership in technology or business innovation (articles, white papers)
