Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging tech solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into corporate strategy
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and industry consortia
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
