Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) into core systems
- Lead strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions for innovation scouting
- Conduct horizon scanning and technology trend analysis to inform R&D priorities
- Design frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology adoption
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in implementing AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing solutions
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Quantum AI)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
