What You'll Do:
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Drive innovation workshops and technology adoption frameworks
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting our industry
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability
- Create scenario-based strategic plans for technological disruption
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology strategy to investors and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Develop annual innovation budgets and resource allocation models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
