Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate and prototype future solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and disruption risk assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience presenting complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, academia)
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies preferred
