Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing tech products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps beyond 2025
- Executive presence with C-suite communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Experience scaling global innovation programs
