Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026) to identify strategic opportunities and threats
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation technology solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation and prioritize R&D investments based on strategic impact
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech, etc.)
