Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Deliver thought leadership through whitepapers, workshops, and industry presentations
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Quantify future opportunities and risks using data-driven methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology foresight frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and boards
- Portfolio of future-strategy projects or published foresight work
