Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and blockchain systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and EU Tech Commission
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with 100M+ user impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US Quantum Act, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technology commercializations
