As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll analyze global technology trends, assess market readiness for next-gen innovations, and translate insights into actionable strategies. You'll collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, and business leaders to incubate technologies that will transform industries within the next 3-5 years.

Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends and market signals to identify breakthrough opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of technology partners, startups, and research institutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business cases for stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience building strategic partnerships in technology ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight or innovation leadership
