Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovation with business objectives through 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology solutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting future markets
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing commercialization strategies for experimental technologies
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business domains
